Having only tried this once before at the Waiouru Snow Farm in New Zealand I wasn&#8217;t fantastic. I tried skating skis. Using these skis is a bit like inline skating. Using the classic langlauf skis is more like walking. I didn&#8217;t fall over but was a little slow for Frauke the more experienced langlaufer, or should we say langlauferin?<\/p>\n<p>Is there a better way to finish an afternoon of skiing than with an evening of climbing? Not generally.
