It was a 11km trot with part of the course going up the Leiblach valley. It was my first running race in about a year and I hadn\u2019t done much running in between. So conditions were perfect\u2026<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I trotted off at a something under 5 minute\/km pace and progressively slowed down as we went along. The course was on asphalt to begin with but had a good section on forestry roads and then along tracks up the Leiblach.
