I went riding with Jakob, Sebastian, and Phillip up Kippfelsen on Thursday evening. It was a nice warm spring evening perfect for running. Our legs were feeling a little heavy so we decided to shorten the run from our more ambitious route up to the wind turbines on Shauinsland to a route up to Horben and back into the valley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m off to Zuerich, Switzerland to see Jane and Bell this morning.
