Things went quite well on the hills. My legs seemed reasonably happy. Later on though they decided they&#8217;d had about enough on a reasonably long climb. Luckily other legs were also struggling. I reached the top of the climb off the back of the front part of the bunch and descended as fast as I could catching them again. The sprint at the end happened in slow motion as it was up hill.
