We spent the morning climbing at the sea cliffs in Golden Bay before moving to Paynes ford for a few hours. Nice weather and some fun climbing. We drove back in the evening stopping to camp the night at our favourite spot, i.e. Sylvia Flats.

We kayaked into Tonga Quarry and stayed the night there. We found a little spot in the sand at the side of the camping area that was perfect for our tent.

Frauke, Gina, and I drove up to Picton where we left Gina for her ferry ride over to Wellington. Frauke and I continued on towards Marahau where we stayed the night at Old McDonalds Farm.
