Climbing

We spent the morning climbing at the sea cliffs in Golden Bay before moving to Paynes ford for a few hours. Nice weather and some fun climbing. We drove back in the evening stopping to camp the night at our favourite spot, i.e. Sylvia Flats.

Kayaking Day 3 – Out

We kayaked out to Marahau after exploring the river flowing out of Sandfly Bay and the lagoon at Frenchman Bay. We drove over to Golden Bay and stayed the night at the Bray’s house.

Kayaking Day 2 – Shag Harbour

We went for a cruise around Tonga Island and up to Shag Harbour before heading back south to Mosquito Bay. In the evening we went for a walk around the island to the entrance of the bay.
