We left the Klagenfurter Hütte in the morning and walked back down to the car. We spent more or less the rest of the day getting to our destination in Slovenia. We had lunch in Kranjska Gora and battled the traffic driving up the Vršič pass (campervans, cars, bikes, busses, sheep, and walkers). I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so busy. It seems like June is a better time to visit. We found a little bit of space at the very busy Kamp Triglav and went down to the river to cook pasta for dinner using my MSR. We retreated halfway through the process after watching some guys with an open fire get fined by a park ranger. It seems camping cookers are allowed though.
