Waltraud, Jakob, and I snuck out after work for a quick ski around the Stübenwasen track, Notschrei. It was great to be back on the thin little cross country skis and my nice new Leki poles served me well. Jakob and I had our make-it-day head lamps and all was good. We did the medium loop up to the hut and back to the car park. I proved that I still can’t ski and fell over 5 times. A nice little trip.
Above: The usual suspects, Jakob and Waltraud.

Above: The road was long and winding. It also wasn’t a road. And it was only about 12 km, I think… But I just wanted to say that the road was long and winding.
