Ari, Johannes, and I drove into Bregenzerwald with the intention of going climbing. However, once we got to Schepfnau we realised that it wasn’t summer anymore and the sun was nowhere to be seen. Instead we did the Abendrot Klettersteig. It was a toasty zero degrees or somewhere around that prompting Johannes to complain about his cold fingers. Immer complainen. After the klettersteig we drove to the nearby climbing area and did three easy routes in the cold. It really was cold. Quite cold. Definitely quite very cold.  By the time we finished it was getting dark. We drove back to Lindau and in the evening met up at my flat with Pedro and Bala and made huge amounts of sushi that we devoured. One might call it industrial sushi making.

The topo for the Abendrot klettersteig.
