We left the hut in the morning and traversed along a tricky bit that I had done with Chris and Emily in 2009. Leonie did very well. We then dropped our packs and walked up to a hut for a hot chocolate. A long descent to a bivouac in the valley followed. We arrived fairly late and pitched our tent and cooked dinner.

1) The route was patchy from the hut Zasavska koča na Prehodavcih along the side of the mountains. It was exposed in places and there were views of large drops down to the valley. I did the same route with Chris and Emily in 2009.

2) There were patches of snow but nothing too troubling.

3) I was well equipped with my two cameras (a third in my pack) and crocs.

4) There were steal ropes to clip into now and then.

1) The route has views back down towards Trenta.

2) And scrambly bits.

3) At times it was hard to see where the track had come from and where it was going.

4) More walking on pancake rocks.

3) Our biv Pod Luknjo in the morning sunshine.
