I did the Tuesday Worlds again in the morning. I did not feel quite as sick climbing Evans Pass as last week. There was a really good turn-out with about 60 riders starting. The number of riders made us quite a force on the road until of course the hills where it began to fragment. I stayed with the second group after having cleat problems at a crucial point on one of the climbs. Sia was feeling speedy again and stayed with us until Evans. Frauke, Chris, and Gina were waiting at Evans after having ridden along the hills to meet us. Frauke and I rode back along the hills to the Kiwi.

We collected Chris from Sumner in Dad’s trusty 4wd thing and went over to Gina’s for lunch. Dave lent us three kayaks and we went sea kayaking around Quail Island.

In the evening we went to a potluck at Andy/Tane/Tim’s flat and saw a bunch of orienteering crowd there.
